Analytics notice

HiveReach uses the free version of Google Analytics 4 to understand how people discover our website, which public pages they visit, and whether a website account becomes verified.

Your choice

Google’s tag loads on public marketing pages, signup, sign in, and the generic account-ready page when production analytics is enabled. Before you choose, or when you reject analytics cookies, it sends limited cookieless measurements with analytics storage denied. These can include the consent state, a sanitized page address, referral origin, event timing, and browser information. Google receives your IP address as part of the network request, uses it for functions such as coarse location and spam detection, and discards raw IP addresses after use.

Accept enables Google Analytics cookies, which help distinguish browsers and connect visits. Reject keeps analytics cookies disabled. Rejecting cookies does not stop the limited cookieless requests. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google signals remain disabled.

Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change it at any time. Choosing Reject after Accept withdraws cookie consent, deletes accessible Google Analytics cookies, and returns to cookieless measurement. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may need to be made again on the next page.

What we measure

We send one page view per eligible page load. When an account first becomes verified through the website, we attempt one signup event labeled “email” or “google.” Page addresses contain only a public canonical path and recognized campaign fields that pass our validation. Referrers contain only the referring origin.

We do not send form values, email addresses, account identifiers, authentication tokens, or support conversations. Automatic form interaction, site search, and other enhanced measurement are disabled. Dashboard, checkout, account management, admin, password recovery, verification links, OAuth callbacks, and native-app or rack-login handoffs do not load Google’s scripts.

Retention and accuracy

Google Analytics event-level data retention is set to 14 months. Google’s aggregate reports may remain available longer. Browser blockers, consent choices, verification on another device, and Google’s modeling thresholds can cause gaps. These reports are best-effort marketing measurements; HiveReach’s database is authoritative for account totals.
