HiveReach provides remote access to physical Android phones. The installed HiveReach controller lets an authorized user view a live screen and interact with the phone manually through a browser. Device access does not establish eligibility for an app, account, country-specific service, or platform program.
Connect to a prepared phone
To connect in HiveReach, open the dashboard, wait for the device list, select an authorized phone, and press Connect. HiveReach does not start the session automatically. The phone must be connected, awake, unlocked, and authorized; someone responsible for the physical setup may need to accept an Android USB debugging prompt.
Supported manual controls
The current HiveReach controller supports tapping, holding and swiping on the live screen, plus Back, Home, and Recents navigation. Enter text with the Android on-screen keyboard. The current browser controller does not forward the computer keyboard to the phone. Press Disconnect when finished.
The installed HiveReach browser controller includes live audio controls. Audio availability depends on the phone, app, browser support and session state. Test the required app and browser before relying on a particular audio workflow.
HiveReach recommends a current version of Chrome and a stable internet connection. If a phone becomes unavailable, check the phone's connection and authorization through the person responsible for the device, then reconnect. Confirm the required device and workflow with support before committing to an operation that depends on specific hardware or app behavior.
Protected screens and product boundaries
Some Android apps deliberately protect sensitive screens from capture; those screens may appear black through HiveReach. HiveReach does not bypass that protection. Remote screen control does not promise access to every screen or compatibility with every installed app.
The HiveReach manual controller described here does not promise a content-posting scheduler, a customer-accessible ADB endpoint, a CI test runner, arbitrary sensor control, or built-in asset transfer. Confirm any required capability separately. A physical Android phone alone does not guarantee a particular Play Integrity verdict, account acceptance, reach, or protection from platform enforcement.
Permitted use
HiveReach phones may not be used for banking apps, financial fraud, illegal activity, service abuse, or attempts to compromise HiveReach devices or network. Educational articles about Android security or banking-app testing do not authorize banking apps on HiveReach. Use that violates these rules may lead to suspension or termination without a refund.
