Forward the pickup instructions
As soon as Amazon confirms that the package is ready for pickup, forward the complete delivery confirmation email to support@hivereach.app.
Forward the whole email, including any pickup code, barcode, link or app instructions. Our support team will pass these instructions to the local staff member collecting your SIM.
Wait for installation
Once our staff has collected and installed your SIM, HiveReach will email your SIM photos and the Tello activation guide. Wait for that email before activating the SIM.
